An onchain community-token protocol

Mine the story.
Build the current.

Minnow gives creators a transparent way to launch community tokens around market narratives - and gives everyone else one place to understand the rules, follow the market and participate onchain.

Minnow in plain English

A launch protocol for market-narrative communities.

A creator starts with a thesis: a technology, sector or public-market story that a community wants to gather around. Minnow is designed to turn that thesis into an independently issued community token with visible launch terms.

After launch, participants can inspect the token, follow the mine's onchain state and decide whether to contribute tokens or liquidity under its published rules.

WHAT IT IS

An open coordination layer

  • Discover community-led market narratives
  • Launch tokens with terms visible up front
  • Coordinate token and liquidity incentives
  • Keep a public record of every mine
WHAT IT IS NOT

Not a brokerage or stock product

  • No ownership in a referenced company
  • No dividends or shareholder rights
  • No promise that a token will gain value
  • No company affiliation implied
One protocol, three layers

From an idea to an onchain community.

Each layer answers a different question: what is the community gathering around, how does the token begin, and how do people participate?

01 / DISCOVER
01

Find the narrative

Inspect the thesis, creator disclosures, proposed rules and risks before taking action.

02 / LAUNCH
02

Open the mine

Creators define the token configuration, supply, allocations and participation conditions.

03 / PARTICIPATE
03

Grow the current

Participants follow the onchain state and join under the same published rules.

Speak Minnow

The protocol language, decoded.

The mining vocabulary describes the protocol's participation model. It does not refer to physical mining hardware.

Mine
A community-token launch and its participation program.
Ore
The reward reserve allocated under published rules.
Hashpower
A proposed score for eligible participation weight.
Graduation
Completion of the conditions disclosed at launch.
How a mine moves

Every step should be visible.

This is the intended lifecycle. Final mechanics will be published with the protocol specification.

01

Publish the thesis

Explain the narrative, creator identity, disclosures and risks.

02

Set the rules

Define supply, allocations, fees, liquidity and completion conditions.

03

Launch onchain

Deploy the token and mine configuration through published contracts.

04

Open participation

Users inspect the terms and decide independently whether to join.

05

Complete the mine

The lifecycle ends only under the conditions disclosed at launch.

Protocol architecture

One flow, clearly defined.

Every launch is organized around the information creators and participants need to make informed decisions.

01 / DISCOVER

Narrative registry

Thesis, category, creator identity and disclosures.

02 / LAUNCH

Token factory

Supply, allocations, permissions and launch rules.

03 / PARTICIPATE

Participation accounting

Published eligibility and transparent reward logic.

04 / COMPLETE

Lifecycle records

Onchain progress and completion conditions.
